I've been advised by a respectable source that with the new laws coming into place in Canada over the next while there may possibly be some regulatory body put in place in the future to govern these sites.

I am told that some of the large ISP's are on a "search and destroy" mission to block these click through sites and also that there are new laws suggesting legal troubles for those click-thru sites whom referred traffic that ultimately (even if several clicks up the chain) came across child porn or credit card fraud.

This would mean everyone whom was in the chain could end up in court over this kind of stuff?
