And depending on where the information comes from your gonna hear different sides of the story. The driver is gonna say it was an accident and that she "came out of nowhere and I was going to fast". Yet the people protesting are going to say "She was yelling stop".

"Tom Dale said he was about 10 yards from Corrie when the incident occurred. Dale said Corrie, clearly visible in an orange jacket, placed herself between the bulldozer and houses targeted by the Israelis.

As the bulldozer lifted a pile of earth, it moved forward and captured Corrie under its blade, Dale said. "

Key words here being "as the bulldozer lifted a pile of earth". I would imagine it's pretty fucking difficult to see what's in front of a bulldozer as it's lifting up it's load.
