As has been stated in this thread multiple times, we shouldn't have to beg for our own money!

Next day, another email saying he was able to get partial payment released Monday.

Checked Payout reports, nothing yet. However he said it would be out Monday and should have in my account end of next week.

Will keep on following up....

So, the good is, My account wasnt blocked after contacting Paul.
He was very responsive.
Said he is getting shit done.

The Bad is, partial payment (If it comes through). But, we shall see I guess

Paul is smart enough to know the bad posts , late payout, no payouts and the lack of communication and transparency is killing Zombaio.

The real problem is it hasn't killed them already

Not sure why they would promise a partial payout then not give you anything. So that sounds like probably good news. Hoping for some as well.

ok well call me crazy but i have added them to my back up behind verotel once again-- they sent my partial and an on time payment -- i have hope so i will send them a lil biz as long as my weeklies keep coming ---- not worth paying $1000 bucks annnnnd high ass rates for a back up -- so im in it to wait for it lol will update you -- and note i have been processing with zombaio since they started

Yes, it has happened to me as well. When I first started, before moving on to "Main Stream Work" I was one of the first webmasters to use Lancelot (There is a throw way back for you) and even used AVS systems, but mostly for traffic.

Even though I have recently gotten back into the Adult World I have played this game before, not anything new to me.

Ok �� CRAZY, but not surprising, also 9.9% is not a low rate?
I cant use them anyway, but wouldn't if I could, lesson learned.

Not worth the headaches and late payouts, disappearing money for the ability to not pay mc/visa fees and possibly several percentage points.

Had a payment via ACH yesterday. Was about 10% of what I am owed. But, Paul did come through with a payment.

Will continue to follow up with my situation.

They sent a couple bucks in hopes that you report back here that they are paying

And if you don't overdo it and if people aren't convinced - they'll say they kept their word by paying out part of what they could... and that the rest of your money is still teething and will be available once it's teeth grow in.

Says Monday (Today) they are releasing 4 payments which would bring me to about 65% paid up.

Nothing in the Bank Account yet but, will see what comes of it.

Again, just following up as promised above. Not cheerleading for anyone.

I have an update as well. I contacted Paul regarding the overdue funds I had in two accounts, my own account and another a subaccount tied to a small side site upon which I used to work. Paul arranged to have the full value of each account sent out and today the checks arrived. Aside from the reserves I've been paid in full.

aside from arranging payment Paul took the time to explain the nature of the issues through which Zombaio is working, and that did a lot to ease my mind even before the checks arrived. If Zombaio survives (and I hope they do as I really see a value in that service for smaller independent merchants) I hope they learned something from this, that transparency and communication are vital when dealing with payment delays. Again I do hope Zombaio can recover from the damage incurred in taking so long to come to that realization.

I hope the merchants still waiting on overdue funds receive them soon, and wishing everyone happy new year
