:stop <<<WARNING>>> ePayService / Guerra Capital, INC / MTACC affiliate payments

It appears that there may be significant problems developing at affiliate payment service ePayService / Guerra Capital, INC / MTACC. I deposited TWO CHECKS from Guerra Capital, INC / MTACC for TWO UNRELATED SPONSORS this month. These checks were from an account at Pacific Mercantile Bank. BOTH CHECKS BOUNCED and the official reason given by my bank was "unverified funds". Since this happened with 2 different sponsors, the sponsors are not at fault. Not only am I not getting paid, but there are now 2 bank service fees for the bounced checks. Multiple phone calls to the company at (562) 628-5585 have been routed by the receptionist, straight to voicemail, with no return calls.

You're welcome.

It may be more than a coincidence that they recently switched banks and are now using a different company address on their checks.

Previously with Bank OZK
Old address: 100 Oceangate 12th Floor Long Beach, CA 90802

Currently with Pacific Mercantile Bank
Current address: 11054 County Rd 71 Lexington, AL 35648

I received 2 letters from my bank which stated that the returned checks issued by Guerra Capital , INC / MTACC were returned unpaid due to a "closed account". They closed their other bank account a mere 6-7 months ago.

Hey whats with MTACC payment processing

MTACC Inc. (returned check) who is this

I got 2 checks both 118 sent the same day. I think ones for webclicks. And i cant figure out the other. Or maybe it got sent twice.

Both have ocean gate address
one bank ozk and other first banks.com

what check bounced for you. What sponsor was it. Im scarred to cash these 2 checks. Guerra Capital , INC / MTACC Is the First Bank - A Partner for the Future safe? What company is this.

Bank OZK account #2183105408 with 100 Oceangate 12th Floor Long Beach, CA 90802 address was closed around October/November 2018.

Pacific Mercantile Bank account #004822811 with 11054 County Rd 71 Lexington, AL 35648 was closed March/April 2019.

Don't deposit checks from either of these accounts. They'll bounce, you won't get paid and you'll have to pay bank fees for any bounced checks.

I'm not going to say which 2 sponsors paid me with those checks, as it's not relevant, but neither was Webclicks.

I don't know if you'll get a response, but you can try asking the issuing banks for your checks if the accounts are open.

I contacted them two weeks ago and the response was basically “we can’t help you” as I asked them for a schedule of fees and payment options.

I replied back but no answer so I figured that something was fishy.
