                                I have e-mailed you today as I spoke to Michael in December about having my reserve paid out, and closing my account.

                                Michael informed me that the reserve would be paid when the final reserve month was released, that was today.

                                Please could you help me in getting my 700 euro reserve paid?

                                I look forward to posting here telling people how helpful you've been and that I have my reserve.
