Having all this go down, the specific way it has, is the perfect recipe for someone with little/no family to hate all aspects of society and want to destroy it, if he chooses that path. Absolutely. She is trying to destroy this young man's life, and the police, Judge, and prosecutors are accomplices. They should all be ashamed.

Strange part is that an erect penis on a male under 18 is considered a "(v) lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area of any person;"

That would make is violate 18 USC 2251 as defined in 18 USC 2256 and they would need to keep records as in 18 USC 2257

But, even worse - there are no exceptions for child porn. None. Police can't produced to convict somebody of producing it. Period.
