A Prince William County judge allowed the 17-year-old to leave the area without the warrant being served or the pictures being taken ? yet.

The boy is represented by a guardian, not a parent. Having all this go down, the specific way it has, is the perfect recipe for someone with little/no family to hate all aspects of society and want to destroy it, if he chooses that path.
