If a card expires "Valid Thru 04/14" - Surely that means it's valid through April?..

Its just turned the 30th and they have expired the card - Surely I still have 24 hours to empty the card account, until midnight - I can't put it back in the normal Paxum account because they can't do that any more.....

This last 2 weeks have been terrible - I need to make sure I am never in this situation again - Ruth Help!..

all you have to do is pay the 44.99 fee for the next year of card , don't worry it will come out of the payment you get sent

I dont want a new card - Without a Chip it is pretty much useless here...

Just went and checked my card - 04/15 - phew! If I got payment on monday and couldn't get it out i'd be pissed off

I noticed this on one of my cards (not paxum) before. It seems that some cards expire 0:00:01 on the last day of the expiry month rather than at 23:59:59 which you would think it would logically expire at.

The problem we keep experiencing is the quality of the documents you submit.

Every submitted document should be high quality, full size, full color, uncropped and borders clearly visible. Unfortunately the quality of your submissions is blurry and so our verification crew cannot complete verification as the information is not clear.

As mentioned via email, if you have electronic documents for proof of address, we can accept those. Alternatively please take a SCAN of your proof of address rather than a photo, and the quality should be improved.

Even if you get approved for a card it takes forever to get it. I got "validated" to get a card on April 1st. It states in the admin the process of getting a card can take 10 days. It also stated that my card was "printed" on April 9th.

21 days later no card.... excellent. Also you cannot withdraw to atm cards any more yet the feature is still on the site.

It's amazing that payoneer and paxum use the same bank and in my experience payoneer has their shit together way better than paxum.

Also my card STILL hasn't been shipped yet. File under inept.

Let's hope my wire withdrawal goes through but something tells me they will fuck it up. Why sponsors use this place is beyond me.
