I have no idea if there is any truth to this but I did have a girlfriend that swore it was helping her skin.
Her acne did in fact decrease, but that could happen anytime I would think.

I kind of think she liked facials and since she was self conscious about her skin, she simply
wished that facials were helping her.
But still, because she believes, she got a positive reaction. She feels better, therefore the body's self healing process kicks in.

Damn, that was a lot of words for me to just say I thought it was in her mind.
But, because it was in her mind it actually worked.

Apparently there are some proteins in semen that make it good for the skin. It's one of those random facts that I've seen people post/retweet on twitter.
