You should definitely be proud to be Ukrainian! Sure there are some extremists in that crowd but only brainwashed retards full of hate can condone shooting unarmed people.

they should start understanding that there will soon be no pensions and salaries for many people. But, there will be plenty of credits in foreign banks that are coming. It will do the job for next few years.

But Timoshenko is fine, right? Anyway, then wait market price of gas and that Russians stop buying products.EU don't need so many millions of poor people, they already have Romanians, Bulgarians, Croats,etc..or you think that someone will buy anything from you in EU,really?
|
Ukraine does not produce anything that can rival with the European products, so its economics will die in no time.
Sid70: Dare to call at least one Ukrainian product (кроме сала, разумеется :)) which is better than the EU ones? |

Saying the EU doesn't need Ukrainians is not correct, I'm sure many Ukrainians would be happy to buy the goods that would come from the EU. In fact, in Poland things are cheaper then in Ukraine. It affects all the goods, starting from basic food up to furniture and cars. It's dogmatic to think things won't improve - they improved for Poland with time. |

I know, just asking to hear some other opinion. And I am just reading what Russian economic minister said, and that Russia will raise customs to protect zone of free trades. And then, only temporary solution is to take credits from MMF. Few years of life, and then....well,they will see. Poverty is bringing tons of problems that they are currently not seeing. |

Once old businesses collapse new investors will take over, simple. P.S.: I think Russian wealth is based on balalaikah? No, then what, oil, gas? Why then most of the Russians suck donkey balls in poverty and never come close to Emirates? |

nothing more then classic stupidity that now I am seeing in much larger scale in Ukraine, 14 years later. Not all people are stupid but once pushed from outside, what is someone's interest, it will happen for sure. you don't have products, you don't have market, there is a plenty of cheap workers in EU already, and you don't have what to offer compared what you need to buy. It is simple, you will have to borrow money that you can't return. mark my words |
so many things to say, so little time...
but ask around in all former USSR countries like the Baltic states, Poland, CZ etc if they would have rather stayed with Russia after 1991 and then look specifically at age groups and whether they live in a village or a city and if they say Russia - ask them if in return they would like to give up on moving around in Europe freely and take on jobs in other European countries |

I lived in Ukraine for a very long time. West and East are not separated, they were doing just fine living in Ukraine until the day Yanukovitch brought in the idea of separation. He used the language impact and people in the East became sort of scared they'd be forced to speak Ukrainian in daily life. It says for itself. How stupid one can be to get into panic about it? How can you imagine that happening? Each person would be given a language controller or what? It says about the intellectual level of the Eastern Ukraine, miners, factory workers, ex cons and felons actually - a lot of them. Low profile people who decided to believe Yanukovich because he speaks like them, thinks like them and acts like them. If you prefer to associate those people with Russians... then you're probably right. |
