YouPorn Customer Service - Fabian have time to grab a u/p for me?

So no joke, I have been trying to get my login details for 4 plus weeks now to my YouPorn content partner account.

A little advice to Manwin, if you want to get in to more webmasters good graces some basic customer service would be nice. I have had reached out on twitter to Jude, other tube site managers within your network, emailed support and opened numerous tickets. And nothing.

Anybody have a human contact there?

Seriously do I need to start a thread attacking Manwin and have Fabian get me my u/p for me, lol.

Although in all seriousness I guess I am hoping he sees this as that may be my only option, lol.

We are proud of our customer service!

We have been having problems with our mail server and there has been some mails that haven't gotten to us. Other than that, we give the absolute best customer service in this industry.. BAR NONE! Let's not throw out the baby with the bath water here.

Todd, you have been answered promptly today as soon as we found out that your emails were not reaching us.

Thank you very much. I received everything I need very quickly after posting my issue.

Not to belabor my point however the "best customer service..BAR NONE" statement should probably have waited until another thread.

To be crystal clear; after four weeks of me trying MANY avenues of communications I don't feel like reading a post in which I am made out to be the one who is being unreasonable in anyway whatsoever. Just my but a simple apology and we will do better next time would be the way to go here.

Ok, that is the end of my rant. I will move along and get back to making money with YouPorn. All good.

Hi Todd, I guess you didn't see Shelley's email reply saying: "I apologize for not responding sooner. We have been experiencing problems with our email provider, and we didn't get any of your previous messages.". Richie asked her to to convey that to you after we found out this morning that you were trying to get in contact with us. Regards, Randi

Yes Randi I saw this and I appreciate it. However the email was private and there wasn't a hint of an apology on this forum where this discussion is taking place.

Instead you made me aware that after I waited 4 weeks for a login (no matter how valid the reason is), I had just in fact dealt with the company that offers the best customer service in the industry bar NONE.

Sorry that was a bit much. Please tell me you see the irony from my perspective.

The problem is solved now and we are good. However I will keep responding if you want to continue to point out how well you have handled this situation. Otherwise, lets get back to business.

A more memorable child hood memory I had was finding a playboy mag in an alley way. Not sure how it pertains to this thread but my gut tells me it does.
