Yes Randi I saw this and I appreciate it. However the email was private and there wasn't a hint of an apology on this forum where this discussion is taking place.
Instead you made me aware that after I waited 4 weeks for a login (no matter how valid the reason is), I had just in fact dealt with the company that offers the best customer service in the industry bar NONE.
Sorry that was a bit much. Please tell me you see the irony from my perspective.
The problem is solved now and we are good. However I will keep responding if you want to continue to point out how well you have handled this situation. Otherwise, lets get back to business.
