Thank you very much. I received everything I need very quickly after posting my issue.
Not to belabor my point however the "best customer service..BAR NONE" statement should probably have waited until another thread.
To be crystal clear; after four weeks of me trying MANY avenues of communications I don't feel like reading a post in which I am made out to be the one who is being unreasonable in anyway whatsoever. Just my
but a simple apology and we will do better next time would be the way to go here.
