Kidding, I did submit a bug report. There's obviously something REALLY wrong if you can't view 24h worth of transactions. Usually it only starts playing up once you try to stretch the period more than about 2-3 weeks.

Normally I'm around 1:1500 - 1:2000 sent them message, "all fine on our end"

Hey you how long you been a ccbill client.....remember when you could go back into your data reports from every single year you were a client.

Well about 2 years ago they killed that feature so that you can not go back past 2 years of data without making special formal request to the FRAUD department.

I could tell you why...but I think there are some who are smart enough to figure this one out!

I'm just guessing here, but we recently had to chop all stats on our platform that were older than 7 years because our database servers were slowing to a crawl. (This was *after* we moved it all to SSD and optimized everything else.)

It's possible that they only keep 2 years worth of stats to keep the database servers lean and fast and archive the older data somewhere else.

Here's a quick snapshot of some other traffic. One is our demo site, and the next is one of our customers sites:

LiveCamNetwork.com : 32499 unique clicks, 196 sales. 1:165 Conversion rate.

Do you see what I mean? If you have 40,000 clicks and only 1 sale, the problem is not your billing provider, it is the relationship between your traffic and your content that is the problem. You might be advertising "cheap hamburgers" at your shoe repair shop. Whatever it is, the traffic you have for the product you are selling is a mismatch.

I must be missing something. What do you know about the quality of Jscott's traffic (beyond what he mentioned here) and how do you know this? Did he hire you at some point to look over things for him?

And it looks like those stats are for cam sites. Assuming Jscott is mostly promoting paysites as an affiliate then it's completely different. Apples and oranges.

I don't know what kind of traffic he has and I don't even know what he sells - it is not the point.

The point is that if you have 40k clicks and only 1 sale, that there is lots of room for improvement. Knowing your product and knowing how to properly advertise your site should increase sales. Anyone who assumes the problem is the billing processor and does no real investigation is just allowing their business to die.
