Here's a quick snapshot of some other traffic. One is our demo site, and the next is one of our customers sites:
LiveCamNetwork.com : 32499 unique clicks, 196 sales. 1:165 Conversion rate.
Customer sites : 53594 unique clicks, 1075 Sales. 1:49 Conversion rate!!
Do you see what I mean? If you have 40,000 clicks and only 1 sale, the problem is not your billing provider, it is the relationship between your traffic and your content that is the problem. You might be advertising "cheap hamburgers" at your shoe repair shop. Whatever it is, the traffic you have for the product you are selling is a mismatch.

I must be missing something. What do you know about the quality of Jscott's traffic (beyond what he mentioned here) and how do you know this? Did he hire you at some point to look over things for him?
And it looks like those stats are for cam sites. Assuming Jscott is mostly promoting paysites as an affiliate then it's completely different. Apples and oranges.
1. It's a completely different product.
2. He's an affiliate and there are some extra conditions involved in tracking to make sure he gets credit for the sales he sends. It's entirely possible that an issue can affect affiliates and not others.
