Hey you how long you been a ccbill client.....remember when you could go back into your data reports from every single year you were a client.
Well about 2 years ago they killed that feature so that you can not go back past 2 years of data without making special formal request to the FRAUD department.
Why on earth would you need clearance or approval from the FRAUD department to view your own data reports LOL
I could tell you why...but I think there are some who are smart enough to figure this one out!
What other biller deprives you of access to your data reports and then hides the reports in the FRAUD department .....LOL silly rabbits tricks are for kids
What would be the reason to hide your own data reports from you....and yes we have made several requests for the data like you within the past year and are still waiting for the data reports...lol
They do not wish for us to see those data reports....If I were them I would not want me to see them either
