I think the key is to cut taxes to a ridiculous degree first. It's easy to say you'll cut back on spending, but until the money stops coming in and you're forced to make a change... Eliminate roles that the government plays to eliminate the supposed need for the money.

I agree with most of those, however you can't cite to learn the constitution then say you would limit people the right to have children. I agree with it, Im just saying it would not be constitutional to limit someones right to have a child. Smacks of what China does, and we know what they are.

I agree with some of these and am glad you are not in charge for others.

First, you say you want to, "Legalize (or maintain legality of) anything else that people have no right to decide for other people, i.e. using drugs at home without hurting others, abortion, etc." yet you say you want to ban gay marriage. If you are married your marriage is between you and your spouse not society. What harm does it do to others if two gay people are married?

Second, smoking bans are meant to keep other people safe. I should be allowed to go to various places and not have to breathe in other people's smoke. Sure, if a bar wants to be a smoking bar I have the choice to go there or not, but I should be able to walk down the street or stand in line somewhere without having to breathe other people's smoke. If people want to smoke, fine, but let them do it at home, in their car or somewhere that I can choose to not be in, but general smoking bans should stay.

Third, you actually think eradicating an entire race of people is something that should be done in retaliation to the actions of a few? I'm not saying there are not Muslims who hate us, I know there are, but when you just want to wipe out a billion people for the action of a few that is pretty extreme and would serve to only make us the most hated country in the would and I would not be surprised if much of the world cut off relations with us and we would see our economy and country shrivel up into nothing. I'm sorry, but saying something like this is just crazy.

Just my thoughts on some of your points.

Let the "state" decided what they do and don't want to be legal.

Make lobbing illegal.

Close 75% of the Gov orgs.

Open legal drug markets to take drugs from other countries.

Kill private unions and make it illegal for unions to mass contribute to political anything.

Offer an opt in preventive health care plan that is Gov/State sponsored. Then use 5% of the imported money from corps to pay for it, and offer that 5% back as a tax break to company.

Change to some type of flat tax or sales tax, remove all the other bs taxes on everything. If a sales tax, make persons tax work like corp tax so they pay on net income.

Rip up almost every trade agreement with every country. Tell people what we will buy at or find someone that will buy/sell at our price points. It's business, someone will do it.

Open up drilling all the hell over, flood the market with oil, and give every American a cut. Starting with taking the oil in Iraq and selling it on the market to pay us back for the war.

Open up and expand mining, but put in laws that say they have to rebuild the land once they are done. Add trees, ponds, grass, ect.

Mexico, wall, big, and land mines. Lots of legals way to come in. And lots of bad shit coming through, including the Mexican Military.

Stop buying food from any 3rd world country.

Make it so you can't fake bid, or bid up on the markets. No idea how to fix that, but someone does.

Yeah, this one I should clarify a bit, although you probably will still disagree. For some sentimental reason that I can't explain, I just wouldn't want it to be called "marriage." I'm not really sure why. A legal union that gives all the same rights as a married couple? Sure, why not. I'm all for that. Just call it something different. For public areas, it should be majority rules for smoking laws at best. I agree. If someone wants to make their bar a smoking establishment and risk some people not going there because of that they should be allowed to do that. What bothers me is when you walk down the street in a city and they are crowded by people all on smoke breaks from their offices. I guess I should add mine not just critique others. Here are a few things.

- modify our legal system. Clearly the system isn't working when 1 in 100 people are in jail and the prisons are bursting at the seams. I think there should be some real rehabilitation and try to help people who get out of jail get legit jobs and make some money so they don't go back to crime.

- modify our welfare system. We have to end these people that have multiple kids just to stay on welfare and then their kids end up on it and welfare becomes the family business.

- cut government spending. Most of the things we waste money on has to go. We stop giving money to other countries. We get rid of all the useless government things that seem to only eat cash and never really do anything good for us. Much of that stuff can be handled better through private enterprise.

- when you have less government you have less expenses and can cut taxes.

- rework our trade deals to favor US companies and cut all tax breaks to companies that ship their jobs overseas.

- lobbyist should be outlawed. We can't continue to have our lawmakers in the pockets of business.

- revamp our healthcare system. We need to put together some type of system where those that can't get health insurance have access through it either via paying for it or some other system.

- we have go balls out to develop alternative fuels and work as hard as we can to get away from needing oil from other countries. The more money that leaves out country to buy oil the less we have in our economy.

I agree. when you are pissed sometimes you think differently and sometimes just time changes things. I had a teacher in high school that did kind of a cool thing. The first day of our freshman year we filled out a questionnaire. It asked about our favorite colors, bands, clothes, things to do, friends and so on. At the end of our senior year she gave it back to you and you could see how you answered fours years ago. It was cool to see how much four years can change you.
