- Remove the concept of "hate" crimes.
- Allow communities to pardon "criminals" by voting, so that when someone in a community kills a known child molestor, the community can decide if what he did was wrong and should be punished.
- Legalize vengeance to any degree desired for rape or molestation by the victim or any immediate family member

I agree with some of these and am glad you are not in charge for others.
First, you say you want to, "Legalize (or maintain legality of) anything else that people have no right to decide for other people, i.e. using drugs at home without hurting others, abortion, etc." yet you say you want to ban gay marriage. If you are married your marriage is between you and your spouse not society. What harm does it do to others if two gay people are married?
Second, smoking bans are meant to keep other people safe. I should be allowed to go to various places and not have to breathe in other people's smoke. Sure, if a bar wants to be a smoking bar I have the choice to go there or not, but I should be able to walk down the street or stand in line somewhere without having to breathe other people's smoke. If people want to smoke, fine, but let them do it at home, in their car or somewhere that I can choose to not be in, but general smoking bans should stay.
Third, you actually think eradicating an entire race of people is something that should be done in retaliation to the actions of a few? I'm not saying there are not Muslims who hate us, I know there are, but when you just want to wipe out a billion people for the action of a few that is pretty extreme and would serve to only make us the most hated country in the would and I would not be surprised if much of the world cut off relations with us and we would see our economy and country shrivel up into nothing. I'm sorry, but saying something like this is just crazy.
