- Ban smoking bans. Allowing smoking is up to the person who owns the property.
- Remove the concept of "hate" crimes.
- Allow communities to pardon "criminals" by voting, so that when someone in a community kills a known child molestor, the community can decide if what he did was wrong and should be punished.
- Legalize vengeance to any degree desired for rape or molestation by the victim or any immediate family member

I agree with most of those, however you can't cite to learn the constitution then say you would limit people the right to have children. I agree with it, Im just saying it would not be constitutional to limit someones right to have a child. Smacks of what China does, and we know what they are.
