![]() This snake oil salesman is so full of shit it's pouring out his ears!
![]() Romney’s 800 Vetoes Shatter His Bipartisan Myth From the article... Vetoes don’t scream bipartisanship, and Romney had so many of them that it’s obvious he was on bad terms with the legislators from both parties as Governor. All told, Romney issued 800 vetoes in his one-year term as Governor. 800. Nearly all of them were overridden – 707 to be exact. Romney doesn’t mention that part in his “I like vetoes” ad. In fact, Romney didn’t like having to work with Democrats so much that he spent his first two years trying to change the party makeup of the legislature and when those efforts failed, he pulled a Palin. That is to say, he gave up. He was gone – out of state – for 212 days of his last year. Romney was never around for the last two years of his governorship. A March 2005 poll found that only 32 percent felt Romney should be re-elected if he ran for a second term as governor. It got worse. In 2006, Romney spent 212 days out of state, campaigning. He refused to produce his taxes when he ran for governor after it came to light that he had not lived the required number of days in the state to be eligible. He assured people that although he wasn't going to prove it, that he had lived there long enough. After he was elected it came out proving he had lied. Sweep it under the rug.
Also, his home state loves him so much that he's not even contesting the race there. He's 20 points BEHIND Obama and has given up even trying to win his "home" state where he claims he was the best governor who listened to both parties and arrived at wise decisions. Shhh don't tell anyone. He also strapped his dog to the roof of his car for a trip thinking it was normal. And when he met a group of black people for his once in a lifetime inner city photo op, he spontaneously broke into "who let the dogs out". This guy is a ******* ***** of **** *******. But maybe it'll be cool.

Weird how Obama supporters don't talk about Obama's "accomplishments" very much.
Just post after post of how Romeny "lied"...even though Romney is not the President. Obama is. And Obama flat out "lied" about closing Gitmo, cutting the deficit in half, having the writing of the health care bill televised live on CSPAN so the American people could see it (it was done behind closed doors with shady deals and as Pelosi said: "You can read it after we vote for it"), and most recently the situation in Libya. Let's get rid of this Democrat piece of shit. And let's NOT get the Republican piece of shit in there either. Vote for a third party candidate and let's REALLY take our country back from the crooked bureaucrats in Washington. |

Don't put words in my mouth. I don't loath them. Its a fact the market has come back from falling off a cliff during the Obama which you have benefited from I have no doubt. That's the truth whether you like it or not. And the person who spoke about those numbers about the myth of Obama killing the economy was by a man named Bruce Bartlett. Not liberal by any stretch.

It's all because of the Great and Powerful OBAMA when anything good happens. But for the 99.9% of the time that everything is going bad? It's all Bush's fault! The economy did good this week: That's because Obama kicks ass and his policies are working! The economy did bad this week: That's because Obama just can't get anything done because it's all Bush's fault and those damn Republicans keep threatening to filibuster! |

Another nail gets banged in.
You have to ask yourself why the Republicans picked two losers in a row. Are the voters in the run up for a challenger that dumb? They don't want the problems the Presidency will bring. No sensible party would pick them. Or is this guy standing? This rings a bell, just thing of those rotten people who lost their jobs. |

He was for a health care insurance mandate. Here is a article during the 2008 election. FYI David Brooks is a rightie from when they werent nutjobs. http://www.nytimes.com/2008/01/11/opinion/11brooks.html "Second, Republicans have embraced health care reform. While Democrats emphasize the uninsured, Republicans emphasize cost control. They understand that it’s not a question of protecting health markets from government takeover. Government already controls and distorts health care. It’s a question of straightening out the system so that it is clear who is paying and for what. Mitt Romney supports private insurance enforced by a universal mandate. McCain talks about paying for outcomes rather than tests to cut down on unnecessary procedures. " THe reason they all supported basically what is obamacare because it wasnt some socialist plot it was dolecare which was the response to clinton care. |

Snow White, Superman and Pinocchio are walking along. They see a sign: CONTEST FOR WORLD'S MOST BEAUTIFUL WOMAN. Snow White goes in, later comes out smiling, wearing a crown. They walk along and see another sign: CONTEST FOR WORLD'S STRONGEST MAN. Superman goes in, later comes out smiling, wearing the awarded belt. They walk along and see a sign: CONTEST FOR THE WORLD'S GREATEST LIAR. Pinocchio goes in, later comes out with his head down crying. Pinocchio sobs asking, "Who the hell is Mitt Romney?"

This thread began with an article that clearly shows how Romney WAS NEVER A BIPARTISAN LEADER.
It's funny how NONE of the posts within this thread follow up on that article. |

But you have an article that "clearly shows Romney was never a bipartisan leader"? So let's just toss out history and facts and go with that article? Obama has been president for almost 4 years. He's never had even ONE of his budgets passed. Not even the Democrats in the Senate will vote for his budgets. He's also accomplished next to nothing and fucked up any chance of working with Repubs when he first came into office and spent the first two years on ObamaCare and shut the Republicans out. So on one hand we have Romney's record of working with Dems in Mass. On the other hand we have Obama's horrible record as Pres. But wait...there's an article that claims Romney's record isn't real. lol So let's just all close our eyes, drink the kool aid, "baah" like a sheep and believe that article... |

And yet...he was the governor of Massachusetts and passed 4 budgets and many bills (including Romney care) with a majority Democratic State Senate.
By law, governors MUST pass a budget every year. All governors must do this, so Romney simply did something every governor does every year. But you have an article that "clearly shows Romney was never a bipartisan leader"? So let's just toss out history and facts and go with that article? The article does not "toss out history" it corrects for any misconceptions regarding Romney's supposed "bipartisan" record. The righties say Obama won't run on his record, but Romney's record is not fair game? Obama has been president for almost 4 years. He's never had even ONE of his budgets passed. Not even the Democrats in the Senate will vote for his budgets. The Republicans decided, on day one, to obstruct every single thing Obama wanted to do. Nothing could be more anti-American. The American People voted Obama in, not the Republican congress. He's also accomplished next to nothing and fucked up any chance of working with Repubs when he first came into office and spent the first two years on ObamaCare and shut the Republicans out. Obama passed Obamacare - a Republican solution that before Obama, was ebraced by the right. Just another example of obstruction, for obstruction's sake. Obama had a super majority for 24 weeks, not 2 years as those on the right want you to believe. The GOP filibustered Obama in record fashion, in desperate hopes of making him look bad, so people who are blind to what really happened, can be convinced it's all Obama's fault. So on one hand we have Romney's record of working with Dems in Mass. He did not, and halfway through his ONE term, pulled a Palin, and ran away. He is losing by high double digits in Mass, his supposed home town - another one of his lies. On the other hand we have Obama's horrible record as Pres. Like what, saving GM, saving us from the brink of a depression, killing Bin Laden, creating over 5 million private sector jobs, with a Republican congress fighting him at every turn? But wait...there's an article that claims Romney's record isn't real. lol Because Romney's "bipartisan" record ISN'T REAL. So let's just all close our eyes, drink the kool aid, "baah" like a sheep and believe that article... Or you can believe Fox and talk radio instead. |

No Vin...Obama, Pelosi, and Reid decided on day one to shut the doors on the Repubs and do a Health Care bill.
When Obama was running for office he promised to have the health care bill written LIVE on CSpan for full transparency to the American people. Instead the first thing he did was cut a deal with the pharmaceutical companies to make damn sure that they can keep overcharging Americans. Then he played golf for two years while he "delegated" the writing of ObamaCare to the Dems in Congress. Meanwhile the country suffered and jobs were needed. But at least he bailed out Wall Street (just like Bush), kept Gitmo open (just like Bush), made sure the Patriot Act kept our freedoms from us (just like Bush). The only thing he's NOT like Bush is: He can't work with the other side to get anything done thanks to his arrogance in the first two years of shutting out Repubs and ramming shit through the Dem controlled House and Senate. Those are the facts. This whole campaign has seen nothing but Obama-Maniacs trying to re-write history and cast him as an effective leader. He is not. He needs to be fired. |

The GOP should NOT be rewarded for obstruction, which is what would happen if Romney were to win. If the GOP gets power back via obstruction, then count on no cooperation from the left, should Romney really win (which of course, he will not). Obama jammed WHAT on the American people? 9/11? A war in Iraq? A tax break for no one who even asked for one? Nope - he "jammed" healthcare on us - wow, what a tragedy! Will Romney close Gitmo? Will Romney favor Wall Street? What do you really think Romney will do for America, seriously?! If the WORLD was allowed to vote for the next American President, who do you think they would be voting for? You know for a fact, it would be Obama BY A LANDSLIDE, so how would Romney represent the US in the world? The world (and most Americans) hated Bush, because he was an asshole, with shit policies. Romney has the Bush advisors on his team, domestic, financial, and international - who wants to go back to that bullshit? Fortunately Romney will lose, but your argument is straight from FOX Noise. |

One of two candidates will be our next president... period! You can sit it out, or you can vote for Mickey Mouse, or you can vote for one of the TWO candidates that are running. You can hate the game, but it is what it is. Maybe one day it will change, but until then, you have TWO candidates from only TWO parties to vote for, or not. If you think Romney and Obama are exactly the same, then you are an idiot, as are all of the people who pretend the two candidates are synonymous. |

2. Romney did not PROMISE to close Gitmo, Obama did. And I hope Romney will favor "Wall Street" (meaning create a proper business environment to create jobs) if he were to win. 3. My "argument" was pointing out exactly what Obama did. He promised to air the writing of the Health Care bill on CSPAN so the American people could watch it. He lied. He promised to close Gitmo. He lied. He promised to cut the debt in half or "it will be a one term proposition" (his own quote). He lied. How does any of that have to do with Fox News? Those are simply FACTS. Stop drinking the Kool Aid brother. Jerk off just one more time to your Obama poster and then burn it and come vote for Gary Johnson and discover freedom. |
