There was another thread which was not just locked but which was quickly deleted. Some other people here commented on it as well. In that thread another user shared the whois screen shot I linked to in my initial post. This is a different one entirely from the one which was earlier locked.

It would seem to me that there is a connection between Brazzers and Filesonic based on the available evidence. Namely that both were once owned by the same individuals at one time. The screen shot provided seems to provide evidence for this. There may in fact be some other connections but this remains to be seen. I believe personally it is a matter which should be investigated by the government and the media. I'm trying to do my part to help out in that effort as we speak.

I have no idea why the thread which preceded this one was deleted (not locked). It did give me the impression that perhaps someone was trying to hide the screenshot in question.

So let me guess you think that when someone sells an adult company they sell ever url/site they own even the non adult and non related ones.
Anyone that has been around long enough has there main projects and side projects outside thier adult projects that would not be sold along with the adult.
Making the connection to the new company Manwin is reaching when you dont know exactly what was sold.
Not to mention some post on some board from 2006. Again long before Manwin..
Anyone that worked with Brazzers when they first came up knows exactly who Bosco is and knows he left long before the sale of Mansef to do his own thing.

Tracking down projects that the old owners had going on and kept or new projects seems silly to hold the new owners in any way account able.
You don't need to like the old owners nor what they did or are doing now but this is like going after someone that owns a used car for a hit and run the last owner did.

Let's just step back and take a breather here.

How many of those posting have open, legit and accurate info on Whois? Yes that would catch a few out. Many hide behind domain sellers who keep info and I'll bet many register false addresses and false phone numbers, ever tried phoning some of the numbers given?

How many here really knows who owns most of the big programs? We think we know, we're told who owns it. That's not knowing and try using that info in court.

Billions are being taken online with a few or more being very shady and until someone comes in with a sledge hammer to crack this rock it will continue.

Sure. But Manwin is a Canadian business entity and there will be a legal clusterfuck to deal with them. You can sue anyone for anything. Winning is a different manner. In every message I've written I have been careful to specify that it is an alleged screen shot of the whois data and that they need to verify it. But they can try if they'd like. I would almost welcome it because then the relationship between Manwin and Mansef would become a documented legal issue as would the nature of any relationship between Mansef (and Manwin, if applicable) and Filesonic. It would be great press.

I didn't fake the screenshot. The whois history for Filesonic on DomainTools.com has been unavailable for close to a year now because of what that one record cache said.

At the very least there should be a few more eyes looking out. I doubt I can tell the government anything they don't already know at this point. My own gut feeling is that there is a lot going on behind the scenes it's just hard to provide concrete evidence for it. Obviously whoever owns Filesonic right now feels they have a lot to lose-- whoever they might be. To say that there is no connection to Manwin at all is in my opinion inaccurate. There most certainly is a connection at least in the fact that Brazzers/Mansef was connected to Filesonic and Manwin purchased Mansef. It seems strange to ban people for speaking the truth. When you purchase a company that creates a connection in some sense of the definition. It seems to me that someone wanted desperately to initially hide the fact that Filesonic was once connected to Brazzers/Mansef at all. The proper response from an innocent party in my opinion would have been to clarify as the Manwin employee did in this thread.
