You can sue anyone for anything. Winning is a different manner. In every message I've written I have been careful to specify that it is an alleged screen shot of the whois data and that they need to verify it. But they can try if they'd like. I would almost welcome it because then the relationship between Manwin and Mansef would become a documented legal issue as would the nature of any relationship between Mansef (and Manwin, if applicable) and Filesonic. It would be great press.
