32, video gamer activity level... but hoping that will increase with increased over all health.
I'm probably 130 now, normally 160 but lost 30 pounds in the last 6 months...

i'd get a wii fit, srsly. and try and eat decently well.

obviously, if you were 160 before, then you didn't have much prob with getting flabby so i'd say if you are reasonable active doing something like wii fit and eating sensibly, then most the weight should return to where it was. you will have to eat over maintenance level though, so 130 pounds, 32 years old puts you @ ~2000 cals a day to maintain that weight, add ~250-500 cals a day to gain that 30 back. should be fine.

Id jump in this argument claiming to have a better knowledge of weed than both you combined but i dont think Ill get that cocky.

Having said that. Ill say "BC" weed is soooo not on the top 3 or even 5 list.

Oregon and Cali weed is probably generally the best. But that has more to do with the gardeners rather than the area. Though Humboldt is good for its soil, elevation and atmosphere.

It boils down to the strain and grower. I personally have known a couple of the best that you (if you do) read in the pot magz.

BC however is not even on my favorite list...
