i'd get a wii fit, srsly. and try and eat decently well.
obviously, if you were 160 before, then you didn't have much prob with getting flabby so i'd say if you are reasonable active doing something like wii fit and eating sensibly, then most the weight should return to where it was. you will have to eat over maintenance level though, so 130 pounds, 32 years old puts you @ ~2000 cals a day to maintain that weight, add ~250-500 cals a day to gain that 30 back. should be fine.
