There is a site online as we speak that has been turned in numerous times and their defense is that these are candid photos nothing hardcore or sexual so i't not covered under obscenity, cp, etc. Does someone know the facts on this? If the site using well known billing company almost sure they have already asked for the letter from the company lawyers which confirms the legal age. If the wesbite you promote dont have such link and you cant get the link from them, then stop promote it.It is illegal.
