Since you brought that point up I have a valid question. Are underage girls posing nude but not in hardcore not considered CP? There is a site online as we speak that has been turned in numerous times and their defense is that these are candid photos nothing hardcore or sexual so i't not covered under obscenity, cp, etc. Does someone know the facts on this? This site is based in the United States and it is very disturbing. They clearly state that these are underage girls on the site.
