Is it really McDonald's fault that this kid is fat or the fact that the parents must have taken her there????

as a fat person myself let me just say that from day one I thought that was one of the dumbest cases. Nobody made me fat besides myself either in my habits in my younger years or via my genetics. Most likely a combo.

Time to sue the local tennis court for my tennis elbow.

Referring to Chicken McNuggets as a "McFrankenstein creation" of elements not used by home cooks, he said the plaintiffs could refile their case with information backing their claim that diners have no idea what is really in their food or that the products have allegedly become more harmful because of processing.

the judge wants McDonalds to go down -- giving them ideas of how they could have a good suit against them.. thats great
