Sad fact is that the people having the most kids are usually the ones least qualified to be parents. The morons are outbreeding the intelligentsia at an alarming rate.
People seem to think they have an inalienable right to foist their fucked up genetics & methods of raising kids on the rest of society. Fuck that. Sterilize everyone at 10 and make them prove they're emotionally, intellectually and financially capable of caring for a kid before they can get it reversed.
