as a fat person myself let me just say that from day one I thought that was one of the dumbest cases. Nobody made me fat besides myself either in my habits in my younger years or via my genetics. Most likely a combo.

Sad fact is that the people having the most kids are usually the ones least qualified to be parents. The morons are outbreeding the intelligentsia at an alarming rate.

It doesn't amaze me anymore. People don't want to take responsibilities for their actions. If I fuck up, it's MY fault. I'm not going to try and find someone else to blame.

I have a friend with an 11 year old son. Last week the kid got caught and suspended from school for 5 days, he was smoking weed in the bathroom with some other kid.

Take a wild guess what my friend said... "it wasn't my sons weed, I don't have weed around my house. It's the other kids fault!"

Tell him he'd better start saving bail & lawyer money now.

However, the judge did not let McDonald's off the hook completely. Referring to Chicken McNuggets as a "McFrankenstein creation" of elements not used by home cooks, he said the plaintiffs could refile their case with information backing their claim that diners have no idea what is really in their food or that the products have allegedly become more harmful because of processing.

that's like this other case i read about where some old guy had a lawsuit against all the fast food chains, claiming he's been eating fast food for 40 years and now he's got bad health. no one ever told him it was bad for him. hah! come on now.
