as a fat person myself let me just say that from day one I thought that was one of the dumbest cases. Nobody made me fat besides myself either in my habits in my younger years or via my genetics. Most likely a combo.

Time to sue the local tennis court for my tennis elbow.

Sue the parents for teaching him bad eating habits, hey in turn can sue their parents.

But if you aim your marketing at the young and retarded. Plus you knowingly make a product that is full of fat and suger. Should you share some of the responsibility??

Breeding licenses are the answer.

Sad fact is that the people having the most kids are usually the ones least qualified to be parents. The morons are outbreeding the intelligentsia at an alarming rate.

People seem to think they have an inalienable right to foist their fucked up genetics & methods of raising kids on the rest of society. Fuck that. It doesn't amaze me anymore. People don't want to take responsibilities for their actions. If I fuck up, it's MY fault. I'm not going to try and find someone else to blame.

I have a friend with an 11 year old son. Last week the kid got caught and suspended from school for 5 days, he was smoking weed in the bathroom with some other kid.

Take a wild guess what my friend said... "it wasn't my sons weed, I don't have weed around my house. It's the other kids fault!"

However, the judge did not let McDonald's off the hook completely. Referring to Chicken McNuggets as a "McFrankenstein creation" of elements not used by home cooks, he said the plaintiffs could refile their case with information backing their claim that diners have no idea what is really in their food or that the products have allegedly become more harmful because of processing.

the judge wants McDonalds to go down -- giving them ideas of how they could have a good suit against them.. thats great

that's like this other case i read about where some old guy had a lawsuit against all the fast food chains, claiming he's been eating fast food for 40 years and now he's got bad health. no one ever told him it was bad for him. hah! come on now.
