My concept, my idea, my specifications, and I told you upfront this was to only be for me. There are a shit load of people that can that work. You fucked up. My site was purely setup to advertise the project and show the demo only to those that I made sure were legit. I didn't say a word about any billing going through me. The customer could of paid you. You flew off the handle and accused me of stealing your code, when we had already agreed on a 50/50 deal. You are the one that backed out, and I had a very large amount of inquires about it the last few months. You threw away money and you are a retard.

You could of kept all the fucking downloads on your site for when purchase came through. A product that was my concept, my idea, I had to show him how to implement all the features it needed, make sure it worked with remote url call, rtmp and rtmpe, able to work with .flv and .mp4 and h.264 codec. Now he is talking about selling MY CONCEPT, and MY idea that I paid him to develop. Not for him to develop it steal my idea and resell it to others. This is why I am doing NDA's this time and everything will be done using a contract.

She already did that and I promptly showed the signed model releases, id's etc and they were denied. Models DO NOT own the copyright to any photo unless they have a signed contract saying so. Photographer ALWAYS retains full copyright unless as said there is a contract stating otherwise.

Hit me up asap. In middle of launching a new venture and flakey ass developer is apparently on some sort of mind altering drug. Need someone that is stable, willing to sign a contract, that will follow through with what they obligated themselves to. Must be very familiar with programming flash scripts, and able to implement tight security measures. Any work you complete will be part of the partnership. You will also have to sign a NDA. If you are a flake at all then don't bother. If you got the chops for this hit me up. [email protected]

And how would I not consider you flakey after we have talked on email for months and I have told you I have been working to gain interest in the project, and waiting till the timing was right to launch. The time was right, I hit you up to make sure all was cool and ask for some help getting the demo running correctly so I could show it to potential buyers. I DID NOT say anything about how the billing would be done. I did NOT SAY that I was going to sell it on my own. I was following the deal that we made to a T.

1. 50/50 split on sale of the player itself.
2. Any customer installs you would receive the money for and I wouldn't take any of the money.
3. Custom skins, changes and tweaks to match customers needs would of been all yours.
4. I would get paid to re encode customer video files to the best format.
5. I would get paid for consulting with the customer.
6. I would get paid for after the player was up and running adding in all the videos, thumbs titles and descriptions etc if that was what the client wanted done (have one right now wanting the full solution)

Billing could of all been figured out, we could of drawn up contracts to cover and make sure the splits were all covered.

I never once said I was taking the player and selling it on my own. That was your huge jump to conclusions. And at that point I needed to find someone to redo the project as this is a good business that could do very well, and it is currently in demand. So I offer and olive branch now. If you want to discuss things and try to work out a resolve to the situation you know how to reach me. Yes I put in my thread that I wanted someone that wasn't flakey, because frankly that is what you did to me. Everyone that has seen this solution has been interested.

And to the folks that don't know. This is a stand alone mini cms video player. Ability to add videos right from an admin area, quick and easy to do. Player is the most secure out there. Very unlikely anyone would be able to easily get your videos out of the members area.

Anyways I've extended the olive branch and its upto you at this point if you want to discuss resolving things and seeing if we can't make some money off work already mostly completed.

All I needed when I emailed was for you to take 2 mins worth of your time and see why the demo wasn't working correctly. I just needed to change one line somewhere so it was set to the new domain name. You would of had a sale and made money right off from the first sale, and made other money for the support aspect. I would of sent you 20.00 or whatever just to get the demo going so I would be able to start showing potential clients. You didn't even ask me about money. This all could of went like this.

For instance if his video was commenting on the Iraq War but he chose to use images from your site in the video. The Iraq War would be the subject of his commentary and thus his use of your copyrighted material would not be covered.
