Looking for partnership with a coder / flash developer

He contacted me for a custom player that took a few weeks to design and in that
time he came up with the "partnership" idea because he didn't have the money to
pay full price for the work.

I had already started. <============== NOTE!

And keep in mind that's it's been a year and there are no sales and no sale leads that
he has provided.

And keep in mind that I haven't demanded that he pay me $600 since he never
came thru on any of his claims.

He keeps asking me to work on this site and at no time did I ever agree to any of that.

I did a custom player for this clown and that's it.
He can't resell it or demand that I support
it for other people who never bought it from me.

This is dumb shit.

That is correct. Totally and utterly my idea from start to finish. Hired him on simply to implement my ideas. After the product was finished I started getting interest in others wanting it, talked to Sortie about selling the product, and a chance that it might get licensed by cavecreek and a few other hosts, plus some other programs that were interested in it. He was on board, so I in my spare time have been working on getting things underway. Was ready to do a press release and announce it, recontact sortie about it to do some final finish work and setup a demo, and he accuses me of stealing his code when I haven't sold a thing, and he was getting 50% of the sales, plus other money for support type things and skinning, and he wigs out like a crack head needing a fix even though he has been on board with the idea and I have kept him updated with what was going on while product demand increased.
