They're good & reliable, but the reseller stats are lacking.

Go with Epoch. You'll make more $$.

You know it is funny that you are saying conversions are lower, 'cause I switched from CCbill and mine went up...

Dude let me let ya in on a little thing here, if you are a cheap bastard like me and cant affored the 750.00 to pay the anal raping ccbill go with ACPAY and use globill as a backup. I used globill as my primary they scrub and decline more then anyone else i have ever used, Their dailer, and phone signups are great but other then that acpay rocks dude,

My converting went up 80% when I switched to acpay they almost are better then ccbill. They are working on checking, and some dialers and when they are done with that I will prolly drop glo-bill shrugs just my

Maybe it's like everything in this industry: it depends very much on your traffic.
In fact I am running one of the few sites with 30+% female customers so the experience of other webmasters may be different.

So ACPay has less scrubbing than CCBill?

Not necessarily. But AC Pay allows Canadian Webmasters and CC Bill does NOT!

Same thing happened with us - plus the end of the month scrub isn't as noticeable

I have had a very good experience with them. A couple small technical problems, but nothing serious.

As far as I know I don't have any scrubbing issues with them. In a couple months I have only had a couple surfers email to complain they were declined, and with my niche content people usually email if they can't get in. I've actually had people with bad credit mail money orders.

Also, I don't see anything wrong with the affiliate program. I get hourly stats, click, signups, etc. - what else do I need?

Yeah, they do. Although I think it is right *after* they rebill. Might sound fucked up, and I know I am brand new at this, but I actually don't want any members because they forgot to cancel. I think if I run this the way I run my regular business, i.e., respect the customer and not hope he has forgotten about the rebilling, in the long run it might gain even more customers.

If you have a decent site ( 50 gigs + and updated twice weekly), members that had signed for a non-rebilling 3 month period will do this with globill:

2002-12-28 17:26:54 User Requested Membership Renewal

I had with globill only 2 chargebacks ( card really used fraudulently). With Ibill, they reimburse very easilely and get way more chargebacks.

directfiesta, i was being sarcastic. i use globill also and think it's great that they send out those emails.
i also think it's great that you can only rebill 31 days or less.

This is the email they send. I am a member of my own site ( costs me 15% to check and see WTF is going on!).

I think this should be with every processor. The time of " I fucked you surfer, because I do not have a cancel button or link" or other gimmicks to rebill is or should be over.

Email of rebilling confirmation from Globill:

Thank you for signing up for site: XXXXXX

********** LOGIN PROBLEMS? **************
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you have a login problem, it may be a temporary tech problem. Please wait a few minutes and try again, and that usually works. You can also try logging in from www.globill.com/login.htm instead of the web site you joined, to see if that makes a difference.

Please make sure you type in your username and password all in lowercase letters.

Also note that some network security programs or firewalls such as Norton can sometimes interfere with logging in. Please try turning those off and see if it fixes the problem.

If you continue to have problems, please go to https://www.globill-signup.com/help/ and choose the payment type you signed up with to login. Then, once logged in, click on the "login problems" link next to your account information.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
********** Important! Please read GLOBILL.COM's FRAUD Policy: **************
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Most people are honest and so this may not apply to you: Please note that trying to deny that you made a charge (if you really did) is fraudulent and is illegal. When we receive such disputes, this is our Dispute Policy. Again, this applies only to persons who signed up and then pretend they did not.

1. IF YOU TRY TO DISPUTE or DENY a valid charge, your credit card or checking account along with your name and address will immediately be added to a negative database. The negative database is shared by thousands of merchants on the internet, both large and small, and you will not be able to purchase goods or services from said merchants in the future.

2. IF YOU TRY TO DISPUTE or DENY a VALID charge, you will be sent an invoice for the disputed amount by regular postal mail. A copy will also be sent to your bank and credit card company. The invoice will include the following information:

(a) The name of the site you paid to access
(b) Your IP address when you signed up,
(c) The day and time of your signup,
(d) Original charge amount owed plus a $25 fee for dispute processing .

3. If you do not pay the invoice within 30 days, a second invoice will be sent. The second invoice will include the following information:

(a) Access logs detailing when you accessed the site in question and what ISP you used to do so.
(b) Examples of any files and/or pictures and/or video captures of any information you downloaded from the site after gaining your username and password.

4. If the second invoice is not paid within 30 days, your file will be forwarded to one of the 17 collection agencies that we work with on all five continents.

To avoid any of the above, we encourage you to contact us first for any problems with your membership purchase. We have an excellent track record in resolving any problems to see that you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

If you have any concerns about your purchase we encourage you to contact one of our customer service reps either by phone at 1-877-588-1277 (925-691-6521), Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm PST, or through our online forms available 24 hours a day at www.globill.com

We are always here to assist you with any complaints or problems you have with the website you joined.

I've been with Verotel since I started my first paysite back in April of this year. Last Monday I had 16 chargebacks -- all from one affiliate who has been suspended by Verotel. That affiliate was most likely useing stolen CC #'s to charge memberships to my site. Anyways - I've been looking into an alternate processor because I feels that Verotel does not scrub enough for CC purchases. Glo-bill seems to do a better job and I signed up last night - I'll be switching over in the next week.
