Anyone have recommended call center companies they have used for mainstream?

You don't want offshore CS. They are terrible no matter how much training you provide. You need a company with native English speakers that provide high end training, the ability to fight CS's with customers. How about CS people that will actually upsell your members when they call in? On top of all that you need KPS's to show you how your investment in CS is working for you. Non of that is available offshore. Contact asscorp.com. They do adult and mainstream, 24/7 live coverage.
