Anyone ever called Paxum?

I tried calling Paxum today i am amazed by how shitty the call quality is.

The call quality is from some internet VOIP service. You cant here a a bloody thing. It is like talking through a walkie talkie. You only hear yourself and really cant hear shit.

I cant believe a company who holds peoples money from all over the globe don't even have a clear way to communicate with their clients.

They are also using Indian phone operators which just adds extra difficulty in understanding one another as well to top it off.

Anyone else with these experiences?

I also find there site buggy as fuck as it tells you different info. In the address section it has my correct address but on the home page the address is different which also says its active. They can't be sending new cards out to 2 address can they?

I have no idea where they will be sending the card out. They already took their card renewal money out already of course.

They told me they would call me back, they didn't. I tried calling back, phone off hook to message bank. HAHA on me. fuck me!!

Hi pinkbits,

To confirm the shipping address and check your card renewal settings at any time, please log in to your Paxum account.

On the first page after you log in (the Overview page) simply scroll down to where you will see Mastercard as a hyperlink.

Beneath that you will see a link that reads:

Card Renewal & Billing Address

Click that link and you will be able to select the correct shipping address from the dropdown list of verified addresses, and you can choose your renewal options (renew standard; renew express; do not renew). If the address you wish to have your card shipped to is not listed then you must add it to your account and verify it with a valid proof of address.

Thanks for choosing Paxum! Let me know if you have any questions or require any further assistance.

Ruth

The main page tells m 1 country and the other page tells me another. All i want to do is please confirm where you are sending this card out?

I think he point is, they are like a bank. They hold a lot of money for people. If you couldn't call your bank to talk to someone, wouldn't you think something was weird? No bank takes requests via ICQ and most dont take 'Trouble Tickets'. If you need something. You call. And there is someone there 24/7 to answer questions about your account.

I've said it before and I'll have to say it again I guess; Paxum is not a bank.

Paxum provides 24/7 customer support via toll free telephone and our support ticket system.

Here's a friendly tip to make the most of our support system:

Before you call our toll free support line, particularly if your query involves any sensitive account data, it is strongly recommended that you FIRST open a ticket in the Message Center of your account.

While our customer support staff are happy to assist you via the telephone, sensitive data and personal account information will NEVER be shared on any telephone call made to our support department. This rule is in place for security purposes and is for our clients protection.

If you have already opened a Message Center Support Ticket with us and THEN you call us, you can ask our support department to look at your ticket and provide you with a prompt response. Our customer support department will then have the ability to assist you via your already submitted support ticket (make sure you have your ticket number handy when you call) to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

I hope our clients can understand that we do not share private and confidential information over the phone since we cannot confirm the veracity of the person we are speaking with.

Thanks,
Ruth

No, I haven't had that problem or any problems with Paxum. Their support seems on point to me. Never dealt with Ruth but she always seems to jump into threads to resolve issues GFY users are having. Never had to take anything to the boards with them, they resolve everything quickly but good to know their staff monitors GFY if you need them. Paxum is gooood.

That's strange - I call PayPal almost daily - at least 4 times a week (due to the nature of one of my businesses, and the amounts being transferred) and I have no problems at all getting hold of a real breathing person, who is happy to assist me.

Paxum is nothing more than an Epassporte replacement. I service that adult webmasters can move money through, under the radar of the IRS or their local tax office.

Do you ever wonder why more people did not go after Epassporte to recover their money? For many people, losing a 'couple hundred to a couple grand' was the price of keeping several thousand dollars off of their government's radar.

I learned my lesson with epassporte. I got screwed for a couple grand, and this is why I will never again hold an account that is 'custom tailored' for adult webmaster use ... especially run by people that sell PENIS PILLS!!

Fuck me once ... shame on you!
Fuck me twice ... shame on ME!

I will not be fucked twice.

wrong. I called them. I got a person that looked up my account and told me why something works as is and it was as she said. it may have been different years ago when you couldn't get ahold of the fuctards and they weren't helpful but in my case (this year I think it was in May) they were there. sound quality was fine.

The may not be a real "bank" but anyone that has my money has to be trusted as if they were.

Unacceptable the way you people are treated.
