to be honest most big firms do such lists in the uk.

i would be suprised if they did not these days.

it covers your back.

that way if somone is being a bully and uses such words its easy to sack them.

i was a student nurse and we had a far bigger list of words.

but is it a bad thing? i do not think its censership, but stoping hate crimes.

for those not from the uk, some football clubs have problems with people shouting abuse at black players. if anything some clubs have not done enough to deal with the problem.

so i am not against this.

Most clubs are wanting to be family friendly.

years ago in the 70's leeds united had one of the worst reputations for football hooligans, today its one of the most family friendly clubs going.

in the uk in the 70's it was full of thugs fighting fans from other clubs.
