that way if somone is being a bully and uses such words its easy to sack them.

i was a student nurse and we had a far bigger list of words.

but is it a bad thing? i do not think its censership, but stoping hate crimes.

for those not from the uk, some football clubs have problems with people shouting abuse at black players. if anything some clubs have not done enough to deal with the problem.

so i am not against this.
