he has a stolen copy of UCJ install script, and has solicited selling the source to me, as well as a couple other heavies in our industry I will not disclose at this time....

he had his former programmer present on the server whilst Tim from UCJ was installing / compiling the script, and snagged the source etc...

additionally, he has ripped off his former partner, and my former roommate out of over $6500....

furthermore, he is 'farming out' the work Matrix has contracted him to do, to lower paid college kids. apparently matrix is under the understanding it is him doing the work... my former roomie has icq history with Justin aka Tarpy with him bragging about how he's farming out work Matrix thinks he's doing....

he has also lied to his business partners about bandwidth costs on a server they shared, pocketing the difference...

the kid is shady, plain and simple, and it makes me sick to see this level of unethical practices... the sad thing is, he isnt even russian....

disclaimer = i am told he works for/with MATRIXCONTENT doing gallery and tgp work and i keep matrix in the highest regard, but Tarpy is a 19yo thief plain and simple...

He seemed fine and other than being a tad pushy and aggressive he seemed to have some work ethic that seemed promising.

Anyhow, I have a license for ucj on the domain it is used on. If you can show me another domain I'm using it on, go to town. you can verify that I paid for that Script in full ask tim.

This would be k-man's roommate pissed that when he left I didn't give him a permenant banner spot for life on my TGP. What can I say, some people just want everything for free, without putting up the work.

As for the server, they can say that I lied about costs, which I didn't but the fact remains, and I have the logs that no one ever paid a dime for that server, that all the cost was supposed to come out of future earnings that sadly never came.

This old partner wanted a top banner spot on a small TGP that isn't even profitable as it was for his contributions which total'ed about "hey man you should start a TGP" and he did some gallery reviewing for me for a bit. He never designed it, or paid in a single dollar. Every supposed industry contact that would give us a better deal never did. This Guy, Junior Fennelli or Junior Isbel, depending how you want to do it, didn't hold up his end so I dropped him.

K-man is his roommate, but if you want the logs on him regarding K-man as "he's such a little girl he can dish it but god knows he can't take shit" you can have them too.

As for the matrix shit, you can ask matrix themselves, there have been no such jobs. I'll ask them to post when I get around to it.

That's all I'm going to say on this thread, since it's an obvious slander attempt, but fitting for king of this board I suppose.

As for this accusation against Tarpy I am not aware of any shady things that he has done with us. We are known in the industry as being a very honest company. I have given him some projects to work on that i do not have the time to do myself.

I am giving the KID a chance. He has been trying and that is all i can ask for. If he farms work out that is his deal hell i admire that cause i am farming it out myself .. LOL that is delegation.

K-Man - I take your opinion into consideration (we know alot of the same people) and you have always done the right thing. I only persecute on things that i know .. If there is any proof to the claims made here i will heed them appropriately.

Thus far Tarpy has been helping out on a TGP that i have and do not have time to run. Thus far has not stolen anything from ME. When i met him he seemed like an eager "ready to work" kid. I am sure that he is not totally innocent of anything but who here is. I am giving him a chance to prove himself as a webmaster.

there are 3 different people's icq logs to prove this, as well as the word from me, and the other webmaster who were approached..

I guess. If I pay somebody for something, I'm always interested in the quality of work and the speed in which its done. If it's top quality and done quickly, I could care less who does it. Unless of course I specifically asked for a certain designer or programmer... styles can make a difference.

As former talent in the industry I have a great respect for it and simply wanted everyone to know about Justin's un-ethical practices.

I've known him from playing online games (we were in the same clan) since he was a 15 yr. old who used to BEG me to do a net porn project with him. After he turned 18 I finally gave in and we started a TGP together with the help of my good friend and roommate Kman.

Over the last year I have come to find out what a shady, evil character he is. I thought the same thing that matrix is thinking, I just wanted to give him a shot too. He was very energetic and seemed like a good young person to help. This was the beginning of a nightmare.

If anyone (matrix..one twisted pair..UCJ) is interested in seeing gobbs of proof, I will be happy to provide it. For everyone else, I simply wanted to put out a warning.

Be careful of Mr. Eleazer.. he would sell his own mom for pennies on the dollar.

No, but that programmer works for me now and feels really bad about it. Justin had him do it and he didn't really know what he's doing.
