he's was a high school kid that didn't quite understand what he was stealing and why. Trust me, I would not be employing him right now if I felt was a bad kid. I have many projects he's worked on that all turn out exactly as expected without any question of honesty.
I can tell you that once I took Justin under my wing he did nothing but cause problems and go behind everyones back. Then he has millions of excuses for everything he does. |

The fact of the matter is not the programmer who didn't realize the severity of what he was doing, it's Justin who told him to do it and then tried to sell it to Kman and others (this we have proof of).
I was simply trying to warn others in the industry about his dishonest ways. But it seems that everyone is more hung up on trying to discredit the warning. |

I, Amputate Your Head, being of sound mind and body, do hereby duly recognize and acknowledge the aforementioned "industry rat" warning. now then... back to the programmer guy.... how is it possible, in this day and age of technology, that a programmer capable of anything higher than batch files, is able to collect the code from something and NOT know he's stealing it? Is that not somewhat intrinsic to the programming learning curve? Was he lied to? Was he under the impression that the "rat" in question was the rightful owner of the program? And if so, should he not have been asking himself why the owner of the program would not have access to the code himself? How is that particular code protected? Is it at all? I'm not familiar with UCJ.... is it open source? Did he have to hack into it to get to the code? Let's have some more details here. |
damn i go get some sleep for a few hours and wake up to what looks to be hours of useless bullshit about a business deal gone wrong, or is this the wrong of a business kid??
i find it really hard to understand why "Tarpy" would have this "code" stolen but for some reason or another someone seems to think thats what it is.. in my closing here our company has did countless amounts of business with "Tarpy" and been paid very well to do so.. i would think if he was doing bad business with one he would do it with all.. and i have yet to see this out of him so until someone can provide rock solid prof. of his wrong doings and can stand before the GFY judge "Gary" and send him staright back to 3rd grade we will continue to work with him as many of the rest of you should he has alot of very great ideas and plans just has to find what he needs to make them take off and if he does watch out he'll be one of the few at the top of the business:winkwink: |

I told you I was not familiar with UCJ, and it should be quite obvious that I'm not a programmer.... I asked you some simple questions. I don't know what your attitude is here, nor do I give a fuckin' crap. see ya. |
kman, you should have just bought the stolen script.
what's your problem? I did. |

Insurance kiosk? I'll take that as just an attempt at some witty banter, seeing as how you've most likely never owned a house of your own, so you wouldnt know what the fuck a mortgage banker did. =) When you actually do get the credit, and money to buy one, lemme know, I can point ya in the way of a good VA lender out there. OH SHIT, I forgot, you'd barely have any eligibility with your 4 years of "us service". Now that shit is funny... seriously... keep callin me kid, Im what... 4 years younger than you? Im 23, and you're...? My kiosk must really threaten ya... =) It's okie, I'll have my house paid off by the time you get deported back here in 2 years. :) |

I might be wrong but from what I read....the programmer kid
knew that he WAS stealing.....but he didn't know WHAT he was stealing....nor the consequences of his actions. So yes he knew it was source code but during the install he must have just copied the code and handed it over. To check through the code to see what it was would have taken too long. If he's a kid and was told by his boss....listen kiddo do you think you can get a hold of a copy of the stuff while he's installing.. I want to check if the guy is not cheating me.....and you will get an icecream for it....I can imagine that the kid would agree. If he's not familiar with the industry nor with UCJ he could easily have underestimate the consequences of his actions.....of course stealing is wrong.....no doubt....but some people are really good at manipulating others.....and that seems what has happened. I hung out with Justin in Hollywired. We broke 14 laws together in one night. Seemed like a standup guy to me .. for a pornographer.

This story doesn't make sence.
Its a mess! Please rewrite it and publish it again. Merci. |
