It was referee's fault. If he punished the violence since the beginning, sending out 1-2 players, the teams would have been interested in playing football. He allowed violence, so everyone got interested in taking other team's players out, either by violence or by faking it, instead of playing the game. Netherlands was naive. They should have not falled for this, not at 0:1. Ivanov is a disgrace.
And England's chances to play in the semifinals rise after this match.
