I plump for 'silence' in the 2nd one
|
i have 1
if a tree falls in the forest and there is no 1 there...does it make a sound? hehe |
Good y'all can read...
Ok...try this one on...its pretty popular... you walk down a road and come to a fork a sign says that one road leads to heaven and one leads to hell. but doesn't specify which. at the entrance to each road stands a demon. the same sign says one will always lie and one will always tell the truth. but again it doesn't specify which... you may ask each demon only one question each and it must be the same question what is the one question that will get you to heaven? |
don't make me start giving away prizes...
|
you ask them
"where will the other 1 say the door to heavn is" it's kind hard to explain it in English... if you ask the lier 1 then he knows that the other 1 will show the right door...so he'll point on the door to hell when you'll ask the 1 that tells the truth then he'll know that the other 1 will lie so he must point on the door to hell as well so no matter who you ask you should choose the other door |
Okay...well the box with the golden treasure is a voice box
and of course...the other answer is silence. :-) |
very good babehunter...
ok now we'll get a little harder... At night they come without being fetched, And by day they are lost without being stolen. |

If coast is spelled C-O-A-S-T, and roast is spelled R-O-A-S-T, and most is spelled M-O-S-T, then how do you spell what you put in a toaster?

There is a common English word that is nine letters long. Each time you remove a letter from it, it still remains an English word - from nine letters right down to a single letter. What is the original word, and what are the words that it becomes after removing one letter at a time?
|
Ok here goes one

Heard this one Hoax?
A boy has a tiger, a goat, and some greens that he must take into town to be sold. To get to town he must cross a river. He cannot go around, under, or fly over the river. He must cross the river with a raft and he can only take ONE thing or animal at a time with him across. However, he cannot leave the tiger with the goat because the goat will get eaten and he cannot leave the goat with the greens as the greens will get eaten. The only two that can be left together are the tiger and the greens. The boy can make as many trips as he wishes and we assume that nothing gets eaten when the boy is with them. How does the boy get all of his cargo including himself across the river safely? |
I prefer riddle's where logic prevails...creative, but I doubt I'll add it to my repetoire...
try this one... What happened in 1961 that will not happen again for over 4000 years? |
put the tiger and the greens on the raft and push it across while fuckin the goat to provide a thrust to keep the raft going?
bunky i really dunno |
First he takes the goat across...then he takes the tiger and brings back the goat and swaps it for the greens...then he returns for the greens...
I'm still trying to figure out the dooozy babehunter dropped on me... |

so... 6009 would be next. |
I'm stumped on the 1961 one.

Quote:
the boy, tiger, and goat one can also be: The boy takes the goat across the river leaving the tiger and the greens together...leaves the goat there, comes back....gets the greens and takes them across the river....then leaves the greens there and takes the goat back with him....leaves the goat on the original side of the riverbank and gets the tiger and brings it across, leaving it on the other side with the greens, then goes back for the goat. |
locked box one, just ask his friends for the combination to the lock.
duh... A man and his son are riding along in a car and get into a terrible accident, the father dies, the son is taken to the hospital. The doctor that is working that night says: "I cant operate that man, because he is my son." how is that possible? |
