there is really no way of guessing... you would have to sit down with steve, and talk about how much it makes per year and then see how many years of revenue he wants.. i'm guessing maybe 1.5 - 2 years of revenue?

I'm sure most program owners would take a reasonable cash buy-out and move on. I know of several. It isn't easy selling a program. Realistically, who would buy it? Only a competitor or maybe someone within the company already, though its very doubtful that someone within the company would have the cash available.

i do not think that steve matters - i doubt his members at the sites are joining because of him. i can get you the highest price possible and my incentive is the possibility of the program being morphed into XPays. A win-win Steve and email has been sent.

By the way, this is in NO WAY a sign of trouble at Lightspeed. There are two places to get out of this business, on top or on the bottom. Lightspeedcash is currently having its strongest year EVER, and we have several new projects in the wings that will propel us even further.
