What is the most painful thing you have experienced physically?

Self inflicted or not, do tell!

detoxed 05-24-2004 05:17 PM

My nuts were sliced off millimeter by millimeter with a cheese-grater

fris 05-24-2004 05:17 PM

Candice 05-24-2004 05:18 PM

The day I got my breast implants. :winkwink:

baddog 05-24-2004 05:20 PM

hmmm, that is pretty tough . . . the epidermal injections (3 times) really sucked, stopping a high speed, metal blade ceiling fan with my face wasn't much fun, and getting my leg caught in between my bike and a Toyota at 65 MPH left a little to be desired . . . . but a broken heart is probably the worst pain

arial 05-24-2004 05:20 PM

Took some ecstacy in high school, doing some stupid shit feel two stories down and broke my ankle. Since I was rolling on ecstacy it made the trip ten times worse, friend had to carry me home for about a mile.

aaron 05-24-2004 05:22 PM

i cut my leg open once and they had to give me a shot in to the wound

silent moan 05-24-2004 05:23 PM

been spanked by my mom in my ass when I was a child, nothing more that that so far, and hope not to experience more painful thing :)

bad_girl 05-24-2004 05:23 PM

The most painful thing I ever experienced was getting my clitoral hood pierced. ITs like ever painful experience summed up in about 5 excrutiating seconds.

Babagirls 05-24-2004 05:27 PM

getting my hood pierced .......fuck that was painful :(

Stallion 05-24-2004 05:27 PM

When I was younger I walked over a Yellow Jackets nest that was in the ground and I didnt see and got stung about 60 times. That was fun running around screaming like my head got cut off as my family watched me and was wondering what the hell my problem was. Luckily I wasn't alergic and was ok.

Next would have to be a car accident was in the back seat of a friends car and didnt wear my seat belt. We struck a huge tank of a station wagon almost head on and I went up on the seat in front of me and ripped my lip open upto the bottom of my nose from the sun visor clip and then went 6 inches through the windshield. Now I wear seatbelts..

Martin 05-24-2004 05:33 PM

Cut the tip of my thumb off on a bandsaw. It got put back on. It hurt like fack.

WiredGuy 05-24-2004 05:33 PM

I am so happy that I never experianced that before. I love kids, but going thru that much pain holds me back ( and absolutely not abble to raise one at this point in my live).

They say that you forget when you hold your baby, but the thought alone freakes me out

Lycanthrope 05-24-2004 05:36 PM

Getting hit w/ 20,000 volts DC (pinkie through elbow) and getting thrown from the top of a 6 foot latter into a solid steel equipment rack in the process.

reynold 05-24-2004 05:48 PM

Slipped on a fence when I was around 10, I think. Scratches on my upper legs and some near my balls. Good thing no permanent damages resulted in that.

Screaming 05-24-2004 05:52 PM

the after math of my c section, you never know how much you use those muscles until they have been sliced into and you have a child that needs u to get up 20 times a night

MattO 05-24-2004 05:53 PM

I had a collapsed lung when I was 19 and they performed a procedure on me while I was awake, where an acid-like substance was introduced into my chest cavity in order to scar my lung, so that when re-inflated, it would adhere to the chest wall. For 2 hours I was in so much pain I couldn't even scream.
At the height of agony, the doctor leaned over me and said "did you know that the surface of your lung is as sensitive as your eyeball?"
I still get panic attacks whenever I think I feel any kind if chest pain, and it's been 17 years.

had to have xrays on the cartilage in my temporomandibular joint.....they injected a red dye in there by way of a needle on the outside of the face....as it turns out they didnt use enough anesthetic and i could feel the needle and hear the thing going through the tissue ....

good times LOL

count blingula 05-24-2004 05:56 PM

Been there done that... three times. All three c-sections sucked, my last one the least though. My first took 8 months to recover from too. Ugh.

baddog 05-24-2004 05:57 PM

. . . . . . there was the time they had to open up my shoulder, take the muscle off the bone so they could grind part of the bone away, then reattach the muscle . . . . that was not much fun to wake up to.

the carpal tunnel release wasn't too pleasant either . . . . . then there was that surgery they did on my gums

pain is all relative, you always think "that was the worst ever" until something new happens

Sambo 05-24-2004 05:57 PM

When I woke up after having my leg fixed.......

15 Screws, 3 plates and a metal rod

If I had a "kill" button at that time I would have ended it

StuartD 05-24-2004 05:58 PM

toss up between having a ball of slush (from a parking lot) thrown really hard into my eye from about 4 feet away...

and...

having my wisdom tooth pulled out without any freezing or drugs of any kind.

KingK7 05-24-2004 06:00 PM

At the dentist when he hit a nerve in the front of the mouth with the syringe. Know it doesnt sound like much, but it hurt like a motherfucker, I thought my face had exploded. It only lasted a second though, but I couldnt move for about 10 seconds afterwards, I was totally paralyzed.

I fell off a bike head first into the concrete and broke off two front teeth and scraped up my face once, and although it hurt it was not even CLOSE to this pain.

drunkmonkey 05-24-2004 06:00 PM

I have had bones broken, skin ripped, hit with steel bars, baseball bats, punctured hands, car wrecks, etc...

but the most painful thing ever was gasoline in the eyes. Damn that hurt like a bitch.

Aquarius 05-24-2004 06:02 PM

About 6-8 months ago I was practicing jujitsu and I had a bad fall, my knee was injured very badly.

Why didn't they use anasthesia? And MaskedMan, why did you have your wisdom teeth pulled with no anaesthesia????? :helpme

For me the most painful thing was anal sex, and after that losing my virginity. Other than that I'm lucky to not have experienced much pain, except one time when I was a kid I got my feet stuck in a bycicle wheel! But there was nothing broken though, they just wrapped it with gauze at the hospital.

I don't even want to be awake for that, a novocaine shot is not enough.. I would need to be put to sleep and sedated for something traumatizing like that. Why did you have no drugs??

oh yeah . . . . back in the 70's when we has gasoline rationing I would store gas in my car's gas tank and syphon it into my bike . . . one time I got a load in my eyes, and I was wearing hard contact lenses at the time . . . . that sucked big time

TurboAngel 05-24-2004 06:09 PM

I shattered my ankle and broke my leg in 3 places. I'm now so lucky to have 7 screws and a 6 inch steal rod in my leg.

That 21st B-Day was going very well untill I got in my car. The car didn't make it so I wasn't that bad off.

Because I was in the middle of no where with know nothing doctors and dentists...

it wasn't a good situation, let me just say that.

When I heard (and felt) the first real loud crack... and then hear him say "I can't get it like this, I'll to let go and get a better grip."... I knew I was in trouble :(

dig420 05-24-2004 06:13 PM

in my experience it's the commonest things that are the most painful. Steam burns from lifting the lid on a pan of boiling water, hitting your head on the corner of an open cabinet door, stubbing your toe REALLY HARD....

I've had more serious injuries, but for sheer blinding make your eyes water pain you can't beat those old stand-bys.

beergood 05-24-2004 06:13 PM

the big slice I took out of my leg with a piece of rusty iron

bignasty 05-24-2004 06:13 PM

when I had my knee surgery, I couldn't bend my knee but just a little bit and the doctor pushed it all the way back anyway. I kept kicking him and pushing him off and they had to have like 3 people hold me down so he could push it all the way back.

syphoning is one dangerous activity! that is exactly what happened to me. I just sat there blinded, screaming like a big pussy. I could not see for about 3 hours.

Mutt 05-24-2004 06:16 PM

running full speed into a fence post face first drunk when i was 14, concussion on that one. being run into a hockey crossbar face first. i've had a couple surgeries but with the meds and anesthesia i can't say it hurt too bad.

i've had some headaches and toothaches that if they kept going another day i would kill myself.

oh ..... gum surgery - THAT FUCKING HURTS! i hear people going on and on about root canals - those are nothing compared to gum surgery.

50 Percocets!!!!
