I've lost friends to people under the influence, either drunk or on a drug of some sort. Six days is SHIT compared to what you could have done. You may not have hurt anyone, but that sure as hell doesn't excuse your actions.

You wont serve the entire 6 days. You'll prolly do 3 at most is they have the space.

My buddy was sentenced to 7 days for his dui. He never actually hit the cell. He was processed which took about 13 hours, then was processed for release which took another 12 hours, and was out the door. The cops told him that was standard. They dont have enough room to keep the small time offenders in to do their time, so they kick them loose.
