maybe when you have kids that you worry about 24/7 you'll understand, or maybe when you have 2 cousins who got killed by a 20 year old drunk driver 1 block away from their house, you'll understand |
good, you deserved it hope you learn from it so you never do it agian :)

But what you're not paying attention to is that the kid blew a .075, and the legal limit for someone 21+ is .08. So, he wasn't even fucking drunk or posing a threat to anyone, he just got screwed over for being a minor!! I'm sure anyone who drinks knows you can throw back one damn beer and still be functional enough to drive a fucking car 5 blocks. So next time you want to get all MADD on someone, maybe you should pay fucking attention to the details. |
also, i wasn't even in my car. it was stopped in a red zone in front of the atm because i was in a hurry to get some cash. the police officer stopped beside me as i was walking towards the atm. i have parked in that red zone multiple times like everyone else does, so i thought nothing of this sort would happen....whatever, im over it. if you talked to anyone i knew, they would all say the same thing. that i am a responsible drinker, i and my friends were totally confident that i could drive safely.

and thx kelly, you know me better than anyone else on this board. you are the one who could make the most intelligent response to what had happened
|
just whoop someones ass as soon as you want in! Get some respect quick!
|
you will certainly learn a lot from this experience. I just hope you'd be ok while you're in there. goodluck!

I knew a guy who "didn't drink" but once a year because he had an alcohol problem.... ONCE a year he would let loose and drink it up - so he had designated drivers and all that stuff, but he was so drunk that when he go dropped off at his house he snuck right into his own car and drove off to see some chick.
he got on the highway and must have dozed off or something because he plowed into the back of a tractor trailor on the shoulder at about 105 mph. Needless to say: it was a closed-casket funeral. |

Being under 21 and drinking is against the fucking law, driving when you have been drinking and are under 21 is against the law even if you are a .0008. Get a fucking clue |
have a good holiday mate :)

Seems to me, you are not that responsible since you broke the law and taking the easy way out. Doubt if you will learn anything from your jail experience so have fun and just be glad you didn't kill someone and just parked in a red zone. Wonder how your car insurance rate will be affected by your choice? |

And baddog, fucking tone it down a notch. A 19 year old at 0.075 only constitutes a DUI once reactionary politics have made their way into the books. That's about 2.5 beers driving around a town where you can't go much faster than 20mph. Not exactly the recipe for a tragedy you seem to be portraying. |

Nothing is wrong about drinking just don't drive. And since this guy is taking the easy way out and not looking about his future, I hope some imate fucks him up the ass so he will remember don't drink and drive. |
