You wont serve the entire 6 days. You'll prolly do 3 at most is they have the space.
My buddy was sentenced to 7 days for his dui. He never actually hit the cell. He was processed which took about 13 hours, then was processed for release which took another 12 hours, and was out the door. The cops told him that was standard. They dont have enough room to keep the small time offenders in to do their time, so they kick them loose. |

it's actually 10 days, but they took 4 down for the days i went to court....this state takes it way too easy on me, but i'm not going to complain, just going to learn from this experience

I can't believe how many people drink and drive
Even I have had a few road sodas before. (Not proud of it!) Lost a friend this year do to drunk driving. A drunk driver hit the car she was in and now I will never see or talk to her again  I would tell you details of the whole sad story but I don't want to make the whole board cry.

WTF is up with all the idiots raggin on him for driving trashed and not taking a cab...
