Can I issue a chargeback from a paypal that was funded by a visa backed check card anyone know?

You have so many days through paypal to do it. You can always charge back from the card directly but be warned, paypal is likely to close your account. If you are gonna do it make sure you empty it out.

Great I paid with the company pay pal account which we would rather keep open as its tied to our checking account for deposits and at that time it was my personal visa debt card for funding but we just changed it over to the company visa card..

I'm so fucking pissed off about this. By the end of my working relationship with this cheesehead I was so sick of dealing with him I took what I could that was good and wrote off the rest as a loss. Its more than likely all my fault, I did not give good enough explination or my feedback was lacking or something...

I cussed him out at the end, and blocked him on ICQ...

I tried my best to stay our of his and amp's fight even though amp was totaly 100% correct.

I took your design and threw it out, it was easier than having to go in and correct all the major mistakes. Why do you need a frame set for the splash page marvin, what the hell does that accomplish. The header files use mistral which looks like shit due to the breaks in the font, you remember those breaks the one where my printer lauged at me, you know how we fixed the problem... We went in zoomed in and filled them with the pen tool. Something you obviously could not figure out how to do....

So I pulled it out of the frame and re-did it, figured I would pull the button out as well, then I said you know what...fuck it and I had digifan go in and re-do the splash header and spruce up the logo. The rest of the site we shitcanned cause it sucked ass dude, it was first grade shit..

You even left the front page autogeneration code in it...front page????? at least use dreamweaver. You did not even put the graphics in there own folders when you zipped it up...unprofessional, delivered baddly...

Like I said before your not a scammer your just not ready for prime time...

I wont issue a charge back, I was just pissed and steaming. Im not like that. Thank you for fixing the graphic I will use it again.

Even on your sample that you posted here your not bright enough to link the enter button..the button that took you 3-4 days to actualy do, well according to the messages I got "Im just working on a button" after this god like button was crafted it did not even have a fucking link to enter the site.

My lauch of my company website was delayed for over 4 weeks while we had something else built on the inside, cause your shit did not hold up to par. End of story...

You have a bottom horizontal scrollbar on that page. That is not very professional at all. The design is not bad or ugly but it is not really top-notch adult design. The big square graphic in the frame and the simple oval gradient buttons are pretty basic design elements. In the left frame, the image stops about 2 inches from the bottom of the page and leaves a big empty white block. Not something most people would want to pay for, I think.

I don't have any affiliation with Ketadream but I think he's right about this: you need more polishing to play in the big leagues. Go check out some of the portfolios you'll find around here and you'll see what you're up against.

My sugestion to you viper is learn when to keep your mouth shut, you seem to have made yourself look worse in every thread you are in. Also brush up on what you deliver...

Make sure the spelling is correct, remove code that is useless, clean up the code a bit, put the images in the proper directory learn how to use winzip properly. When a customer gets his files he does not want to have to sort through a mess. He does not want to have to link up buttons, he wants to add text and move on. Do you know why designers are moving away from frame designs? I said no frames you delivered frames...I got sick of arguing with you. I should have stood firm, that was my mistake I let you get away with it and I did not call you on any of it. I was so busy I did not have the time or patience to argue with you. Oh yea and its very unprofessional to ask your customer to pay for your paypal fee's... factor that into your price dont be oh by the way send me more money to cover the paypal fee's... Thats cost of doing business...

Take this for what you will, ignore it for all I care. I am not going to charge back, if you wish to refund me the money for just the design that will not be used (about 300-400) I would consider that fair. (Hell send me back 150$ and ill be happy)But its not worth me killing my paypal off over it.

Dude here's a free tip: Stop assaulting your customers and most certainly don't do it in public. Your goal should not be having the last word in a dispute with your clients, but making them happy and smiling on your way to the bank.
