I do some checks, if he has any amount of traffic at all I'll sue him for trademark violation.

He's most likely using bogus WHOIS info - fill out the form in my previous post and you can call him up and talk to him about it. :)

If he doesn't correct his info after you fill out the form, he's supposed to lose the domain.

feel free to check, it cost me over $3k to have it done too ( i could have done it myself cheaper but I used a lawyer). Most sites that have real revenue and real traffic and that have been around for a few years have their names trademarked. AL4A, TheHun, Thumbzilla, eTc. and yes it is long and painful process.

Some traffic theives/cyber squattors are worth shutting down - others with no traffic we don't care about. Any business with reasonable revenue needs to be protected.

right on ... personally i feel like u have a case against anyone if it's a brand YOU created urself. like using the word 'sprite' in a site since it has other meanings is okay as long as ur not selling soft drinks, but using a 'created' name should be grounds for assrape.

the term sleazydream didn't exist in the english language before me. We have done substaintial searches on this too and because of this I got a VERY broad trademark on the term relating to ANY Adult Services, not just the web. A hard thing to get.

If you think it is huge traffic this domain get's from SE's your are false, it is less than 100 uniques per day
