falsifying whois information is enough i believe to warrant a domain being taken away. Not to mention even if he cant get to you all he has to do is take is file with udrp contact your registrar which would then place it on lockdown so you cant use it anyhow... once udrp begins you will be found uncontactable and would be found guilty and the registrar would be forced to give the name back... or at the very least you couldnt use it anymore.
