Looking forward to everyone's feedback! Our official Press Release: FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: CONTACT: John Albright Too Much Media (732) 385-1536 (ext. 111) (732) 385-1274 [email protected] www.tmmsegpay.com Too Much Media Acquires Equity Stake in Segregated Payments Ltd. Too Much Media (TMM), makers of NATS, the industry?s leading affiliate software, is excited to announce the acquisition of an equity stake in Segregated Payments, Ltd (SegPay), the owner and operator of SegPay 3rd party processing services. This acquisition is the foundation of a full partnership between TMM and SegPay to provide cutting edge billing solutions to both the US and EU. Freehold, New Jersey, 12/11/2007 ? The online adult billing industry is set to take a huge step forward in 2008 with the launch of TMMSegPay, a registered Visa Internet Payment Service Provider (IPSP) processing solution for the US and EU markets. Scheduled to be released during or prior to February 2008, the TMMSegPay solution will allow merchants to utilize the Next-Generation Admin Tracking System (NATS) at no cost provided the merchant maintains TMMSegPay as their primary processor. ?The NATS solution we will be providing to merchants will be a fully featured, up to date NATS system, not a watered down product with limited features.? said Charles Berrebbi, of Too Much Media. He added, ?As we expand and update the NATS system TMMSegPay clients will be expanded and updated as well. We only offer one version of NATS; the one we feel is the best we can provide for our clients.? In addition to continuing to provide billing services to the EU, TMMSegPay will bring the concept of segregated payments to the US market as a registered Visa IPSP. This concept is best summarized by Cathy Beardsley, CEO of Segregated Payments; ?The segregated payments model provides for a fully safe and secure billing solution as the processing bank will be paying TMMSegPay merchants directly.? Staff and ownership from both Too Much Media and TMMSegPay will be present at the 2008 Internext Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada to answer any questions about the new partnership. ?I am thrilled to be able to attend the upcoming Internext convention with the news of our partnership. By acquiring ownership in SegPay we are able to bring the industry?s most advanced and widely used affiliate system to an even larger audience at the best price possible, Free.?, said John Albright of Too Much Media. ?This partnership will prove to be a fantastic relationship as we will be free to focus on the technical and promotional aspects of TMMSegPay while the banking aspects are maintained by those with many years of experience in the industry.? Any questions should be directed to John Albright of Too Much Media who can be reached at 732-385-1536 x111 or via email at [email protected]. Congratulations once again! |
Grats John! - But does SegPay still take cards for megarotic.com for their premium service? Will this put you in a position to help stop the theft of our content by not taking their joins?

I can say for sure that their stance against any type of illegal content, be it because of theft or the type of content was very strong and will only be strong now with us involved. |

After their "Holiday Toolbar" promotion, it will be interesting to see who they replaced SegPay with. |

As well as anyone who is dealing with illegal or stolen content. It is a tremendous issue threatening this industry and everyone needs to realize how serious it is and treat it that way. |
Wow. Congrats Guys!
|
Congrats on the acquisition
|
That is great. That on top of NATS 4.0 and we are talking some serious business. Congratulations.
|
Someone please correct me if i am wrong but wasn't Kathy Beardsley the president of ibill? I see in the AVD Kathy Beardsley is the Segregated Payments CEO....
|
Congrats guys!

She took what happened there very hard even tho it was not a result of her actions. SegPay was built to assure that can't happen again. The funds generated by your sales are held by the bank. They are issued directly to you by the bank. They never touch our hands and that is the way it should be. Believe me when I say what happened at iBill was taken by Cathy very seriously and that she took it very personally even tho she was not the one who had control over it. She did as much as she could and took what she learned from that experience to build SegPay the right way. I invite you to sit with us in Vegas and I will make sure both myself and Cathy are there. She can explain to you in detail what happened. It is a legitimate concern we have no problem addressing it with you. |

There is a lot of confusion out there and a lot of people with personal motives who seem to want to state things that are far from the truth. If they push something false too far there will be legal repercussions. Come and sit down with us at the show and I think you will really understand what happened and where things are at now. |
Good stuff John!

at the present time are you an IPSP in just Europe? it mentions the US but then at the bottom of the press release it just mentions Europe.
|
Quote:
TMMSegPay, after the acquisition, will be both a US and EU IPSP processor. The IPSP application is already approved, it is a done deal. Once all systems are tested and bullet proof it will be live. |

wow, congrats John and the rest of TMM.
Just the rumors alone in regards to segpay and the ibill history was alone reason enoughf for me not to use them untill this point. But this changes it i would say. With TMM`s rep behind and involved with some ownership it looks a lot better. And with intergrations of NATS, it can be a way in for some of the smaller sites out there who cant do it today. Big news no matter where you a looking from :) Billing is local currency is big news and very much needed for a lot of us Euro guys that arent on the owm merchant stage just yet. |

I wonder what THAT says exactly? Also: Maybe someone should sue YOU for not following through on contests that you run? :error |

congrats on your partnership and i hope it works out for the best for you. |

Thank you :) We did a lot of due diligence and I made sure I found out the full history of the iBill saga from several people before we were ready to move forward. The people who are involved now are nothing but good intentioned. We have a LOT planned on the tech side and I can't explain to you how excited we are with what we are going to be bringing to the table in 2008. All I can say is you will be blown away :) |
lol, i`m ready to be "blown" in the tech way that is.

As far as lawsuits I have filed ONE lawsuit in my life. Saying that every thread i post in there is a threat of legal action is a gross overstatement. However, if people do continue to spread false information about a business of mine or myself personally and the only way to resolve it is through legal action than that is what needs to be done. |
